SHIPPING POLICY
Purely offers local deliveries on refrigerated trucks within 30 miles of our butcher shop on Division Street. Any order outside of our 30 mile radius will be shipped with UPS in coolers with dry ice or ice packs. We guarantee product will arrive cold and safe to consume, but cannot guarantee that our products will arrive frozen solid. Local deliveries are made Monday through Saturday. UPS orders are shipped Monday through Thursday.
REFUND POLICY
Purely takes great pride in the meats that we offer and customer satisfaction is our number one priority! If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact our customer support team with any issues and we will take the appropriate actions to correct the situation.
