Our lamb lollipop chops are cut from lambs that are naturally raised with care.  These chops are incredibly tender and flavorful. Cut to single bone lollipops, they are absolutely perfect for 2-3 bite appetizer or fill up a plate for meal fit for a king.  We love them drizzled with lemon, oregano and olive oil!
