Here our butchers provide two Prime Tomahawk Bone In Ribeyes.  One steak, WET AGED, the traditional method of aging beef for enhanced tenderness and flavor.  The other steak, DRY AGED, the old-world method of aging meat, exposed in our custom aging cooler, developing deep and rich flavor. 


We recommend sharing these steaks and tasting first hand the difference between wet and dry aged beef!
