Today, Maribel Moreno-Musillami proudly continues the family tradition, providing the highest quality hand cut steaks and chops to Chicago's finest chefs and restaurateurs. Partnering with the Midwest's best farmers and ranchers, Purely Meat Company sources delicious and flavorful heritage-bred, all-natural, ethically raised meats for our discerning customers.
